Talent Kraft Associates is a boutique recruitment firm, established in 2010 to provide multi-level workforce exclusively to the Aviation industry. Achieving high level of success, we've since expanded to provide quality recruitment and workforce management services for IT/ITES/ BPO/KPO, Banking and Finance, Retail, Hotels/Hospitality, Power and Energy industries to name a few. Today we have both national and international clients from all industries fulfilling both ongoing requirement and also on niche positions long open due to the complexity of the position. We hire for entry, mid and senior levels.
