THE Group was established in 2003 with headquarters in Amman, Jordan. Principally engaged in the retail business, THE Group owns and administers a chain of supermarkets - known as Cozmo - and operates renowned franchises, BHS and Hamleys. In addition, it founded a one-of-its-kind premium bookshop in Jordan named Readers. All four brands are housed at the Cozmo Centre as flagship stores - except Hamleys, which its primary branch is located on Mecca Street.
