The Palms Nursery, located in the heart of Jumeirah Dubai is a British Curriculum nursery for children aged 10 months to 4 years. We offer the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum (EYFS), with a focus on integrated and activity based learning in the following classes: Early Care: 10 months – 2 years Playgroup: 2– 3 years Preparatory: 3 – 4 years The Palms Nursery has recently undergone structural and infrastructural upgrade, as we have amended and updated our teaching curriculum and have brought significant improvements and addition to our campus facilities. Students have numerous facilities at their disposal, including: • Specialized Classrooms with age-appropriate games and activity material. • A baby ‘pod’ room equipped to care for toddlers from 10 months to 18 months. •A smart-board equipped classroom where children learn using the latest technology and teaching programs from around the world. •A bright indoor Activity Room where music, arts & crafts and physical development are incorporated into the daily schedule. •Library with a range of books, where students gather for story time. •Round-the-clock, fully equipped clinic run by a trained school nurse with a wealth of experience catering to the health needs of children aged 5 and below. •A custom designed indoor soft-play area and separate outdoor play area. Play is at the heart of our curriculum and Integrated Activity-Based Learning Program. Through a daily routine and program of child and adult initiated activities, we ensure that each child learns constantly and at their own pace. We understand that parents are the first educators; and we strive to build an honest and constructive relationship with the students and their families. While working closely with parents to identify children’s learning needs, we endeavor to respond promptly to any areas of concern so that the nursery environment remains positive.
