About The Saudi Investment Bank

The Saudi Investment Bank (SAIB) is a Saudi Arabian joint stock company established by Royal Decree no. M/31 dated June 23, 1976. The shareholders of the Bank, a publicly listed company, include J. P. Morgan Chase, Mizuho Corporate Bank - formerly, The Industrial Bank of Japan, Saudi public and private institutions as well as Saudi Individuals. SAIB offers traditional wholesale, retail and commercial banking products and services. The retail banking unit is currently undertaking a major initiative designed to re-position the consumer banking business, with the principle objective of generating long term sustainable growth with stable profitability.
