    Our client, a very exciting large scale eCommerce business are looking to expand their Recruitment team by hiring some dynamic and hardworking individuals.
    Job Role: Human Resources/Personnel Company Industry: Employment Placement Agencies/Recruiting Career Level: Mid Career
    Responsibilities: • Managing the workflow of orders across multiple processes and managing customer experience while minimizing fulfillment costs within the Customer Fulfilment Centre • The lead would be responsible for communication of workflow status with Operations Managers and the escalation of any risks to customer experience • Detailed understanding of shift plans, and management of flow settings for multiple process paths • Lead the operational concepts of flow settings for CFC picking systems that include. complex pick flow settings for single/multi shipment orders • Understand the details and inter relationships of the different picking parameters and the requirements of Logistics and last mile delivery. • Effectively identify and communicate detailed technical issues and escalate to management and Technology and then partner with them to solve technical issues. • Coordinating with Operations to maintain the right level of Work In Process in each area of the process to optimise Customer Experience and productivity. • Work with the Operations team to develop automated flow tools • Try and test new software systems deployed by the Technology teams and provide feedback in a detailed manner • Development and Coaching with the ability to advise and teach the basic flow standards to the new managers thus speeding the learning curves of new managers.
