Customer Service Representative Job Duties: Deal directly with the customer either via phone, email or face to face . Provides information about the products and services. Listen and respond politely and promptly to the customer inquiries. Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally. Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated person/s or department. Record details, inquiries, customer comments and complaints and action that has been taken. Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, cancellations or exchanges. Work with customer service manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered. Compile all customer records and documents.
