Urban Developers Associates has been in the construction industry for the past 3 decades. Since 1980 the company has grown from its humble background into a multi-dimensional establishment, exhibiting a command over a diverse range of private and governmental projects. Their first project was of Punjab Cooperative Housing Society in 1980. With this developmental design Urban Developers Associates has made their mark on the market of construction and development. As the time passed by, this project located on Defense Road has become an exemplary landmark therefore, authenticating the legitimacy and dependency of the company. Air Avenue Housing Society was an elegant project of Urban Developers Associates telling a story of innovation, imagination, hard work and good business sense. It was a success story of 10 Marla, 01 and 02 Kanal plots for residential and commercial plots built on international standards of quality. This housing scheme was constructed in front of Lahore airport. An area which is now merged with Phase-VIII of D.H.A due its high quality of formation standards. The start of the new millennium gave a new meaning to the development of commercial property. Molding themselves with the needs of time, the group of elite engineers gave the city of Lahore I.T Tower.
