Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council UAE Plan Abu Dhabi 2030, the Urban Structure Framework Plan – which spans a quarter century – is designed to allow Abu Dhabi to filter and respond to current and future development needs. This highly ambitious, challenging and innovative program will create a world class capital city with a sustainable environmental, economic and cultural foundation. In order to deliver this, the Urban Planning Council now seeks applications from suitably qualified individuals.
