VIVA – Kuwait Third Telecommunication Co. was founded on June 24, 2008 as a Kuwaiti shareholding company, as per Kuwait commercial law no. 15 and related amendments for 1960, by Amiri decree no. 187 for 2008, which was published in the Official Gazette, Edition no. 881, issued on July 27, 2008. The Company’s capital was set at KD. 50 Millions (Kuwaiti Dinars Fifty Millions Only) and a share value of 100 Fills, all being cash shares.
