Farm Agriculture Quality Assurance Manager

Farm Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for ensuring that products meet standards set by both their companies and regulatory authorities and overseas production processes. He may develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by third-party inspectors.

Establishing company quality procedures, standards and specifications.
Maintain compliance with company product specifications, special handling procedures, and production monitoring programs.
Continuously evaluate quality systems, and submit change recommendations.
Implement site specific protocols and procedures, referencing the Company Quality Systems Manual.
Responsible of the traceability System of the farm.
Making sure that production processes meet international/national standards.
Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
Maintain open communication with all Managers and team members to ensure that finished product quality processes are maintained at all times.
Coordinate and manage the Pest Control program, verification of services, maps, applicator license, and chemical usage among others.
Ensure proper staffing, scheduling, training, delegation of duties, disciplinary actions and annual reviews of the Quality Assurance Departments.

Quality Control Team Leader - Indevco Group

Reporting to: Operations Manager
Location: Sadat City (KM 80 on the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road)
Staff Supervised: QC Helpers

SCOPE OF WORK

Handling the processing of daily inspection and related documentation

Responsibilities:
1. Following up and arranging the monthly report of QA.
2. Checking and approving the inspector's schedule.
3. Researching certificates
4. Issuing Sgs and health certificates.
5. Following up on internal rejections and complaints.
6. Performing random inspection on the floor
7. Receiving outside approvals (offset printing).
8. Double checking RAW and other RAW material inspections
9. Attending machine trials and making a report once the trial is finished.
10. Checking new plates.

Authorities:
1- Approving the start-up sheet of job orders.
2- Issuing an internal rejection for any nonconforming material.
3- Issuing an external rejection for any nonconforming raw material.

Dynamics

A) Within the department:
1. Interact with the Lab Officer to collect test results.
2. Interact with the Quality Assurance Shift Leader and Quality Assurance Unit Head to report any nonconformity.
3. Interact with the Quality Assurance Shift Leader regarding samples for inspection, reports-handling, approvals, filing, and retrievals.

B) With other departments:
Interact with the production team for better inspection and quality products.

Quality Control Manager - EVA Pharma / EVA Cosmetics

Reviews and evaluates all data generated by different operations and quality control department and accordingly release or reject the raw & packaging materials
 Plans, coordinates, and directs quality control program, designed to ensure continuous production of products consistent with established standards.
 Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
 Formulates and maintains quality control objectives to maximize product reliability and minimize costs.
 Directs, through intermediate personnel, workers engaged in inspection and testing activities to ensure continuous control over materials and products
 Provides feedback and evaluations as needed and required
 Troubleshoots laboratory instrumentation issues.
 Monitors training plan and matrix as required ensuring compliance and staff proficiency.
 Assists management of critical laboratory programs such as internal quality control program, measurement of uncertainty.
 Provides technical expertise in support of the development of Q.C. testing methods & material specifications.
 Reviews validation of test methods are validated by QC members after receiving from R&D.
 Ensures that qualified, skilled, and trained personnel and other resources are available.
 Acts as technical representative in the quality control laboratory as per ISO 17025 requirements.
 Assesses the performance of QC Staff, recommends further training and practice to enhance their competency.
 Conducts all administrative duties including regulation of work hours, work shifts, overtime, …. etc.
 Performs periodical employee appraisal for subordinates
