We have an opportunity with one of our reputed client in India for the position of “Cost Estimating Lead”

Position: Cost Estimating Lead
Location: Bangalore, India
Experience: 10 Years
Education:  Bachelor’s degree in engineering required
Duration: 1 year project

Looking for a high energy Cost Estimating Individual with proven Independent work capacity, highly effective communications, adaptable, eager to prove their skills. Scope of work will be for either a program of Brownfield projects or for one of our Major capital projects.

Candidate expectation - MUST HAVE : ACCE “Aspen Capital Cost Estimating” software experience
 
10+ years in Estimating knowledge, Leadership experiences, proficient in English, very proficient in MS Office, prior background with either an Oil & Gas EPC or Owner company. Project Controls, Commercial, Benchmarking skills not required but would be ideal as secondary skill sets.
 
Responsibilities:

• The Cost Estimating Lead will provide direct oversight and supervision for cost estimate preparation and quality assurance reviews for Company operated and Other Builder Operator estimates for cost estimates for all Gate and Funding milestones. 
• The Estimating Lead will also coordinate the preparation of Check Estimates / Schedules to compare with Operated by Others (OBO) Operatorprepared submittals and Estimate / Schedule assessments (verification of project cost & schedule bases). 
• This person will also provide leadership and consulting to the Estimating Supervisor on the direction and progressing improvements to
• Estimating Group process efficiency tools and quality assurance review improvements
• Business travel to working site (based on project needs/requirement)
