Key Function:

• Reports to Marketing Manager.
• Screens films and submits screening reaction.
• Makes sure media plans have been booked and ordered.
• Collects invoices and proofs of the media campaigns
• Downloads all 1-sheets, newspaper & magazine ads, 2 sheets, 30 sheets, online materials, A/V, trailers, EPKs, etc. to localize the campaigns.

• Submits orders for in-theatre marketing material such as 1-sheets, standees, banners clings etc in Delta- with the approval of Marketing Manager. Approves the localized artwork and follows up on delivery.
• Makes sure printing and production are done in a timely manner.
• In case of talent’s visit to the region, assist the Marketing Manager by handling all day to day activities related to the talent’s visit.
• Provides localized posters and trailers to the exhibitors on regular basis
• Arranges premiere venue, date, capacity with exhibitors, decoration, premiere invitation allocation, sends our email invitation to press and VIP, responds to RSVPs; is present at the premiere night to welcome guests and make sure that all goes smoothly
• Prepares presentations for the studio if needed
• Downloads and provides creative assets to the agencies and promo partners
• Distributes TV materials
• Attends, assists and monitors the execution of promotions, events and activities (sometimes requires late nights, weekends and public holidays work)
• Request feedback and monitoring pictures of all promotions, events and activities from promo partners. Goes and get pictures from all promotions
