Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

تنفيذ أنشطة التطوع لفرع الخور بفعالية وكفاءة، مع الحرص على ترسيخ أفضل انطباع عن الهلال الأحمر القطري لدى المتطوعين وشرائح المجتمع التي يمثلونها.

المسؤوليات الإستراتيجية:

• المشاركة في صياغة وتنفيذ إستراتيجية التطوع لفرع الخور، بما يدعم الإستراتيجية العامة للهلال الأحمر القطري.
• المشاركة في إدارة العلاقة بين الهلال الأحمر القطري والمؤسسات الإنسانية والخيرية في قطر.

المسؤوليات التنفيذية:

• التواصل مع قسم المتطوعين في إدارة الموارد البشرية والخدمات الإدارية لتنسيق صياغة وتنفيذ خطط التطوع والمتطوعين للفرع.
• اقتراح موازنة الفرع الخاصة بالتطوع.
• تنفيذ عمليات استقطاب واختيار متطوعي الفرع، وتنفيذ برنامج التوجيه ودورة التدريب الأساسي بالتنسيق مع الوحدات الإدارية المعنية.
• تنفيذ مشاريع وفعاليات وأنشطة الفرع الخاصة بالتطوع والمتطوعين من المجموعات والأفراد المستهدفين، وقيادة مشاركة المتطوعين في المبادرات المختلفة للفرع لضمان إكسابه الخبرة اللازمة له وضمان أفضل استفادة منه.
• تنسيق المراجعة الدورية لعمليات الفرع لتقييم كفاية وفاعلية مشاريع وفعاليات وأنشطة التطوع والخدمات المقدمة من قبل المتطوعين، وتقديم الرأي على أرض الواقع للفرع وللوحدات الإدارية المعنية في الهلال الأحمر القطري، وتقييم حاجة الفرع إلى المتطوعين لتحسين أداء برامج ومشاريع الهلال.
• إدارة بيانات المتطوعين لدى الفرع على قاعدة بيانات المتطوعين الشاملة للهلال الأحمر القطري.
