The position of the Technology Specialist is a challenging role, which involves providing technical service to support the startup and operation of our licensed and non-licensed technology to internal and external customers for Gas Processing & Adsorbents Technologies (Separex™, Mol Siv, Benfield™, Selexol™, Amine Guard™ FS). Ensuring customer satisfaction with UOP processes and products, understanding the customers' needs, fostering and maintaining strong customer relationships, and looking for opportunities for further UOP business are the main aspects of the role. •Evaluating commercial operations, through remote monitoring or on-site troubleshooting, of UOP technology to assist customers in achieving their goals.
•Assisting in the preparation of technical information for Technical Proposals.
•Champion changes & improvements in technologies supported via innovation [MOIs], lessons learned, and feedback of field data to R&D and Engineering.
•Serve as the focal point for office-based support of new unit and revamped unit startups from pre-commissioning through guarantee acceptance.

This position reports to Vice President- Administration.
