Job Description

• المساعدة في إعداد الدراسات الخاصة بتوجهات العملاء والتطورات التي يشهدها السوق من خلال جمع المعلومات اللازمة لذلك.
• المساعدة في إجراء الدراسات حول المنافسين في مجال المنتجات والخدمات من خلال جمع المعلومات اللازمة من حيث أساليب التسويق لديهم وحجم المبيعات وجودة المنتجات.
• المساعدة في إجراء دراسات السوق من خلال جمع المعلومات حول المعطيات المختلفة من مؤشرات اقتصادية أو سياسية قد تؤثر على أداء السوق وحجم المبيعات المتوقع.
• المساعدة في قياس رضا العملاء عن المنتجات والخدمات التي تقدمها شركة نسيم الدادا وشركاه للعملاء وذلك لتحديد أسباب عدم الرضا لدى العملاء.
• المساعدة في جمع البيانات والمعلومات المطلوبة لإعداد دراسات الجدوى المتعلقة بإمكانية الدخول في أسواق جديدة ودراسة الأسواق المستهدفة وتحديد طرق تسويق المنتجات وتسعيرها.
• المساعدة في إعداد الدراسات السوقية المستمرة لإيجاد الفرص والنوافذ المناسبة لزيادة المبيعات أو لاختراق الأسواق الجديدة من خلال جمع المعلومات اللازمة حول المنافسين في هذه الأسواق.
• القيام بزيارات ميدانية إن تطلب الأمر ذلك لجمع المعلومات حول الخدمات التي تقدمها الشركات المنافسة المختلفة ومسح رضا العملاء عن هذه الخدمات وإعداد التقارير حول نتائج الزيارات.
• إعداد الدراسات والأبحاث المتعلقة بتحديد الوضع التنافسي للشركة وتحليل المؤشرات الخارجية التي قد تؤثر عليه ووضع الآليات الهادفة إلى تعزيز الوضع التنافسي بناءا على نتائج الدراسات.
