Job Description
1. التنسيق مع الاذاعات والقنوات التي تعمل في المحافظة.
2. التنسيق مع مدراء اعلام الدوائر في المحافظة .
3. تنظيم المؤتمرات والندوات الخاصة بالشركة.
4. التنسيق مع الدوائر والمؤسسات الحكومية .
5. متابعة الكتب الرسمية مع دوائر الدولة .
6. نشر المقالات والاخبار الخاصة بشركتنا في المواقع الالكترونية.
7. بث الاعلانات في الاذاعات والقنوات والصحف والمجلات.
8. تحرير الاخبار والمقالات.
9. تسهيل مهمة الموظفين ومتابعة أي تسهيلات مطلوبة في عمل الشركة.
10 . ارسال تقارير يومية واسبوعية وبصورة دورية عن نشاطات شركتنا في المحافظة.
11 . اي مهام اخرى تعين من قبل المشرف المباشر أو مدير قسم العلاقات العامة والاعلام.
Skills
• حاصل على شهادة جامعية في الادارة والاقتصاد أو الاعلام او الدراسات الاخرى ذات الصلة.
• القدرة على اقناع الغير وذو شخصية قوية.
• مهارة بأستخدام الحاسوب والانترنيت.
• القدرة على كتابة المقالات او تحرير خبر.
• ذو علاقات اجتماعية جيدة جد ا.
• ألقدرة على العمل مستقلا او تحت حد أدنى من الاشراف.
• القابلية على العمل تحت الضغط.
• الالتزام الشخصي, المرونة والكفاءة بالعمل.
