Job Description

Key Role:
Provide support to clients by defining solution strategies, architectures, and system designs, developing functional requirements, and designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing practical business solutions under tight deadlines. Apply project management skills and provide and oversee technical direction with a focus on life-cycle support and rapid prototype environments. Serve as a thought leader in Oracle ERP space with solutions applications in verticals, including public sector or government, healthcare, oil and gas or energy, transportation, financial sector, and environment. Work with clients and identify engagement follow-on opportunities and offer solutions for business problems. Maintain responsibility for traveling to meet with clients, as needed. This position is located in Doha, Qatar or Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Skills

Basic Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience with consulting in the SAP space with SAP ERP 6.0 R/3 or SAP ERP 5.0 implementation
-5+ years of experience with large-scale external consulting
-Experience with at least four full life-cycle implementations of SAP Applications, including SAP ERP, SAP Customer Relationship Management, SAP Product Lifecycle Management, SAP Supply Chain Management, or SAP Supplier Relationship Management as a team member or lead
-Experience with designing and delivering solution architectures and infrastructure designs for SAP finance, human resources, procurement, operations, and supply chain implementations
-Experience with implementing SAP modules, including architecture, financials, human capital management, supply chain management, SAP business objects, advanced modules, service and asset management, customer relationship management, business intelligence and reporting, data warehousing, Enterprise information management, Enterprise performance management, or Crystal reports
-Knowledge of the functional, technical, and infrastructural aspect of TOGAF, CMMI, ITIL, and best practices
-BA or BS degree in CS or EE
-SAP Technology or Application Associate Certification

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with ERP assessments and requirements gathering preferred
-Experience with a Top-Tier, Big 5 consulting firm, or large integrator preferred
-Experience with Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) on an implementation a plus
-Experience with other major ERP products a plus
-Ability to fluently speak an Arabic language preferred
