We are currently seeking a highly motivated graduate/junior Video Producer to work at our company headquarters in Dubai, UAE. As a digital storyteller, you will work in all aspects of video production and media content development, including writing, videotaping, lighting, sound, editing, and graphics, as well as in compression and authoring for delivery to a variety of distribution formats. The general format of the videos will be documentary/promotional and the role will appeal to someone interested in telling the story of people and their insights.

This position is an internship to help us explore a new direction. The position could turn into full-time work if the successful applicant is able to build a need and create a valuable division around them. As such, there is great opportunity for an entrepreneurial, motivated self-starter.

- Duties performed in both field and office locations include: operating camera, serving as sound operator/engineer, serving as Producer/Director, designing and producing graphics, editing video programs on editing workstations, compressing and posting products to multiple destinations.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant professional training
- 0-3 years professional video production experience
- Strong creative and desktop video editing skills
- Computer literate in various environments
- Familiar with basic video engineering equipment, concepts and procedures
- Must be experienced in a suite of the following: Final Cut Pro, DVD Studio Pro, Premiere, Compressor, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator and Microsoft Office.
- Strong ability to shoot and produce both in studio and in field environments
- Must be able to research, understand and translate complex company and client messages into cogent, effective communications products
- Bonus skills include working knowledge of Flash, Logic Pro, Soundtrack Pro, Motion and 3-D Authoring
- Highly desirable: Experience shooting in international settings and producing videos for global audiences
