Maintenance Planners / TAM Planners / Shut Down Planners

Provides efficient & cost effective job plans & schedules for day-to-day routine, preventive, brake down, emergency & turnaround maintenance for instrument, electrical, analyzers, HVAC an all the mechanical equipment (static and rotating) to improve plant reliability.
Ensures proper spares, and proposes inventory optimization to reduce maintenance down time by effective planning techniques.
Prepares planning methods for daily routine, preventive maintenance schedules to ensure cost effective maintenance and minimize risk of breakdown & unscheduled stoppages.
Prepare weekly schedule for daily work programs in coordination with respective Supervisors for the plant facilities to ensure execution of agreed priorities.
Develops Preventive Maintenance schedules for equipments in coordination with team members.
Based on work request and visits prepare estimations for jobs, ensures spares availability & monitor work progress
Prepares job plans for major activities and reviews progress to enable the completion of the agreed schedule, scope and quality.
Ensures that history record for each equipment is updated.
Provides information for the monthly and periodic reports as assigned by the Section Head. Ensures the preparation of backlog reports. Prepares and updates procedures and manuals to meet the ISO Standards.

Skills

Experience in Petrochemical Industry of which minimum of 3 yrs in planning. Knowledge of computer, SAP, engineering standards specification, process and planning techniques are needed.

Education

Graduate in Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering
