Supervisor (IT Applications)

Job Criteria -
- Planning and managing IT Applications mainly SAP ERP
- supervise a team of qualified IT professionals including SAP certified consultants
- Work with business users to improve the utilization of SAP in order to increase business efficiency
- Evaluate business requirements and align them with systems capabilities
- Maintain and monitor service levels that meet company and functional objectives

Skills

- Bachelor's degree
- In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver 2004s integration product suite
- Solid experience in managing SAP projects
- Minimum of eight years of experience with SAP
- Minimum of two years of experience in supervisory role
- ITIL certification is a plus
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Education

Bachelor's/ high Diploma degree in Computer Science /Engineering
