1.Take off quantities of different items such as Bid Drawings, Shop Drawings & “As-Built” drawings.
2.Measure achieved progress in work and prepares monthly payment certificate.
3.Verify measurement with the Owner’s representative for progress payments.
4.Evaluate and prepare monthly accounts of claims, with all supporting documents.
5.Prepare monthly sub-contractors estimated vouchers and ensure its transmittal
to the Accounting Department on timely basis.
6.Measure sub-contractors' work progress, and includes it in payment certificate.
7.Update on monthly basis the forecasted schedule of payment certificate, based on the progress in construction.
8.Prepare material and long lead items schedule for ordering and monitoring.
9.Price new items and change order management
10.Produce different reports as and when requested by the Contract Administrator.
11.Perform all duties (related to the nature of the job) assigned by the Contract Administrator.
12.Value completed work and organize payments
13.Work with other professionals
14.Prepare bar bending schedule as and when required.

Skills

Solid experience in the construction of building schools.
Demonstrate success in a similar position.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Good PC skills.
Entrepreneurial flair, hard worker & disciplined.
Good communication and people skills.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:-

Aqaba Schools Project Summary.

Work of the Project includes construction of three new schools in addition to 13 rehabilitation schools in the first step of a fast-track program in Aqaba and eventually the delivery of the schools to the Ministry of Education. The Architectural and Engineering services are funded by USAID and include management, planning, design and supervision of construction. Schools are:

New Schools:

1. 10th Area Secondary Comprehensive Girls School: -
This school is consisting of construction of thee stories building of an area of 6, 300 m² along with outside facilities.

2. 8th Area Secondary Boys School:-
This school is consisting of construction of thee stories building of an area of 4, 800 m² along with outside facilities.

3. Al Karamah Secondary Comprehensive Girls School:-
This school is consisting of construction of thee stories building of an area of 5, 650 m² along with outside facilities.
