RETAIL Manager

As a Retail Manager, you will oversee the overall planning, development and management of the retail system: merchandising, operation, and training.

• Will oversee the overall planning, development and management of the retail system such as merchandising, operation and training

• Conduct market studies, surveys and do analysis to support the business strategies and objectives.

• Supervise staff and will handle training.

• Support the sales team by providing market information and sales tools

• Oversee the marketing and promotional programs like doing brochures and ad placement.

• Ensure the execution of marketing strategies to increase sales and reach target goals.

Skills

The right candidate must have the following:

* With Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, MBA preferred

* Minimum of 8 years experience, 4 years in a Managerial position

* Must be dynamic, pleasant and customer-focused professional, smart appearance with drive and ambition.

* With good command of the English language.

Relevant experience is required
