ANALYZER TECHNICIAN
JAL International Company LTD.

The applicant must have a minimum 7 years of experience in electronic or instrumentation fault diagnosis, breakdown repair, preventative maintenance and overhaul work, including and at least 5 year’s Analyzer experience in Petrochemical or Oil Industry.

The applicant must be able to monitor physical inspection of process analyzer in all plant units, equipment diagnosis and repair all type of analyzers and can provide Maintenance support for the Operation and Maintenance of Stream Process Analyzers, Testing and Start-Up, installation, inspection, fault finding and repair of stream Process analyzers to minimize production the downtime.

The applicant must have an in depth knowledge in breakdown/ overhaul and preventive maintenance and trouble shooting of analyzers.

The applicant should be well familiar with Yokogawa, Siemens GC, Oxygen, Infrared, TOC, Specific Gravity, Silica, Chlorine, PH and Conductivity Analyzers.

Skills

The applicant must be equipped with basic report writing, can speak and write good English, and must have good interpersonal skills.

The applicant should have a proficient analytical skill on reoccurrence analyzer problems, and computer literate.

Education

Bachelor Degree/Diploma/2 - Years Vocational Training in Electronics or Instrumentation
