Training Manager
Armanious Group

Maintain awareness and knowledge of contemporary staff training and development theory and methods and provide suitable interpretation to directors, managers and staff within the organization

Liaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development

Carries out training needs analysis in coordination with managers and supervisors.

Prepares training budgets based on previous and current data.

Establishes training policies, programs, and schedules.

Formulates and compiles training manuals and educational materials.

Leads training for the assigned instructors and supervisory personnel in effective techniques for training, such as new employees' orientation, on-the-job training, sales techniques, health and safety practices and management development.

Establishes database and contact with outside trainers and consultant.

Evaluate instructors’ performance and monitors progress of trainees.

Establishes various offers for the logistics arrangement

Monitor, measure and report on staff training and development plans and achievements within agreed formats and timescales

Manage and develop direct reporting staff

Skills

Language Skills:

Fluent in written and spoken English language.

French language is an asset.

Computer Skills:

Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
