Recruitment Specialist - Qatar Based

This is an urgent position for a female. The incumbent has to take full responsibility to run his section under the direction of the Human Resource Manager.

The scope of work is generally described but not limited to:

Analysis of monthly manpower forecast,
Sourcing opportunities and probable opportunities of partnership with local and international recruitment companies or manpower suppliers,
Utilizing all mediums of recruitment such as newspaper advertisement, internet job postings and others,
Creating accurate and effective job descriptions based on the nature and demands of the current positions,
Conducting local and international sourcing of applicants,
Coordinating manpower requirements with head of projects and effective sourcing of suppliers in order to meet the deadline cost effectively,
Conducting interviews (in English and French) and appraisals in accordance to the job requirement,
Negotiating employment offers and processing of joiners accordingly.

Skills

Involvement in all aspects of recruitment (sourcing, prospecting, short listing, negotiating, and hiring), in oil and gas industry.

EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS (written and oral) in ENGLISH and FRENCH. Only bilingual candidates will be shortlisted.
Speaking Arabic would be a plus.

Technology savvy with strong ability to utilize all forms of computer and internet applications
Excellent interviewing skills and persuasive ability to negotiate employment terms
Well knowledgeable on the nature of the company in order to carry out relevant recruitment procedures
Independent, proactive and resourceful
Well versed in Lotus notes, MS Office, Ms Excel, Adobe Acrobat
