French Speaking Diagnostics/Life Sciences Sales

Job responsibilities will include -but not limited to- the following tasks:

* Recruit, manage and work with distributors throughout North Africa
* Manage sales and tenders for Africa
* Offer technical & pricing support and guidance to distributors
* Attend and comprehend technical training courses
* Manager all North Africa distributors and Africa customers to insure sales targets are met
* Submit annual sale & marketing plans with monthly & quarterly forecasts for sales
* Design and carry out "new product" launch campaigns
* Work on daily basis with the sales office in France, manufacturing facilities in the Netherlands and the regional office in Dubai
* Understand technical background of the products and create comparative analysis with competition products
* Decide on sales and marketing budget for the North Africa sales activities including trade shows, travel, marketing material and adding local staff in each country
* Build & manage a local team of sales reps in North African territories
* Job requires 30% travel

Technical Skills

* Technical knowledge (at least 4 of the following)
i. Molecular Biology Techniques
ii. Microbiology
iii. Clinical Chemistry
iv. Hematology
v. Proteomics and Genomics
vi. Molecular Cytogenetics
vii. Life sciences and Research
viii. Food Safety

Business Skills:
* Excellent presentation skills
* Proficient user of MS applications with advanced skills in Excel and Power Point
* Self motivated, can accommodate multi-tasking and work under stress
* Marketing experience / background
* Fluency in French and English is a must
* Ready to start immediately
* Good Knowledge of the North African/African market
