Finance Manager
KSB Capital Group

The Finance Manager is primarily responsible for managing the financial risks of the business. He is also responsible for financial planning and record-keeping, as well as financial reporting to higher management. His role is expanded to encompass communicating financial performance and forecasts to the analyst community. The Finance Manager reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
Major Responsibilities:
1- Preparation and presentation of Revenue and Capital Budget.
2- Administration of the company’s Capital Expenditure in alignment of the overall business strategy.
3- The overall Transaction Processing and Financial Accounting process related to payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Cost Allocation, Cash Management and Financial Contracts.
4- Managing the monthly, quarterly and year-end financial accounting process including critical review of financial statements.
5- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports of actual financial performance through Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Bank Reconciliation and Audit Statements.
6- Development of the Department and its people.
7- Improve efficiency through utilization of technology and effect process improvements in financial and payment transactions operated through ERP systems.
8- Organizing regular department review meetings.
9- Preparing Financial Reports for the Board of Directors as required.
10- Working co-operatively under the direct supervision of the Financial Consultant and closely with the Company Finance team on all project feasibilities, investment decisions and other Strategic Issues.
11- Establishing relationships with Banks and Financial Institutions.
12- Shareholders dividend payout.
13- Trial Balance and Balance Sheet Finalization.
14- Variance and Financial Ratio Analysis.
15- Financial MIS generation and reports.
16- Setting, Formulating and Applying the Internal Financial Policies and Procedures.

Skills

1- Nationality: Arab native preferred (Saudi, Jordanian, Lebanese, Egyptian), or Indian with good command of Arabic Language.
2- CPA and/or CMA qualified individual with 5-7 years experience in similar position and between 32-45 years of age.
3- Preference to Individuals from Financial services Companies and/or Banks.
4- Experienced and Mature Individual with a High Level of professional ethics and integrity.
5- Excellent Interpersonal Skills, Self Starter, Banking Acumen, Problem Solving Skills and willing to work with a multi-national staff.
6- Exposure to Diversified Business and Financial Institutions.
7- Preferably having exposure to Saudi and Gulf business environments.
8- Bi-Lingual (English and Arabic).

Education

Bachelor or Master Degree in Finance Management, CPA and/or CMA is prefered
