Cost control and cost reduction. - Availability of competent and motivated/satisfied staff. - Availability of necessary tools, documents and support systems. - Availability of systematic reporting system. - Development, completion, implementation, continuous measurement / benchmarking and improvement of processes and procedures. - Implementation of staff dialogue and other HR activities/requirements. - Adherence to QA processes for proper and systematic documentation of all related project activities.

Skills

Education:
- A University degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Training courses in Project Management and leadership.

Knowledge/Languages:
- In-depth understanding of substation equipment like MV Switchgear, Protection etc. - Understanding of installation procedures for all equipment including ancillary equipment. - Knowledge of testing & commissioning procedures - In-depth understanding of SPH and other project implementation and control tools. Communication, Coasting, Electrical Engineering

Experience:
- 10 years experience in control, protection, scada system and communication.previous working in Siemens, ABB and Areeva is preferable
