Senior Software Developer

• Ensures Technology documents/certificates such as product registrations, SSL certificates, maintenance agreements, service contracts, etc. related to technology operations and/or technology services are evaluated, updated and processed.
• Designs, develops and maintains web-based applications including websites and intranets.
• Develops and maintains technology policies, standards and procedures manual; develops and maintains related technology checklists.
• Ensures compliance with all software licensing agreements. Manages and safeguards software media and associated licenses, tracks software versions, maintains centralized software use log.
• Prepares and tests a technology disaster recovery plan.
• Responding promptly and professionally to bug reports.
• Expected to conduct system analysis and development, with limited support from professional staff, to keep our systems current with changing technologies.
• Analyze system specifications and translate system requirements to task specifications for junior programmers.
• Responsible for analysis of current programs including performance, diagnosis and troubleshooting of problem programs, and designing solutions to problematic programming.
• Responsible for developing new programs and proofing the program to develop needed changes to assure production of a quality product.
• Responsible for development of new programs, analyzes current programs and processes, and making recommendations which yield a more cost effective product.
• Tests new programs to ensure that logic and syntax are correct, and that program results are accurate; assists lower-level programmers with programming assignments.
• Document code consistently throughout the development process by listing a description of the program, special instructions, and any changes made in database tables on procedural, modular and database level.

Skills

 Expert level on C# & ASP.NET
 Operational experience in managing/maintaining complex technology environments. Strong understanding of business requirements and processes as they related to enterprise architecture.
 Good communication skills in English (writing & verbal).
 Should have planning and organizing ability, Analytical and decision thinking,
 Have initiative, team builder and driving force abilities.

Education

Bachelor degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or higher in relevant field
