Goals/Mission:
Preparation of proposals and related technical/commercial documentation and follow up with the customer

Working Partners/Contacts:
- internal: General Manager; Dept. Manager; Sales Manager, Design Manager; Production Manager & Supervisor; QC-Engineers; Design Engineers; BA - External: Clients; consultants; sub-suppliers

Tasks:
- Estimation of the projects and preparation of relevant technical and commercial documentation while working in close coordination with the sales. - Study the project descriptions and specifications for required standards to fulfill the technical requirements. - Conform to the latest edition of technical standards and check the project specific requirements. - Gather information about competitor product and its performance and identify new products launched in the market Product documentation and Life cycle record Explore more competencies of price with sub-suppliers in order to prepare effective bids and subsequently reduce the total costs of the projects during execution Coordinate with Supplier and business partners so that the offers can be prepared with most possible discounted prices or with alternate offers and options - Knowledge of the Siemens Communication Systems or similar communication systems SDH, ACCESS SYSTEMS, DATA VOICE MULTIPLEXERS. - Provide technical clarification and comments raised by clients and Design Engineers during the bidding stage. - Closely coordinate and provide Technical support to the Engineering, Production and Services Engineers during Project execution. - Liason with the client and provide Technical support regarding the Product to clients. - Follow up with the customer complaints and provide after sales service. - Identify the areas of Training for the customers. - Follow up the delivery of the Loose devices and Repair request. - Offer Log and systematic filing of all quotation related documentation and record. - Prepare project handover documents.

Skills

Knowledge/Languages:
- Fluent in English - Basics in Arabic preferred

Experience:
- At least 6 Years experience in Telecom Sales

Capabilities:
- Customer service - Communication skills - Team skills - Decision making - Result orientation - Ability to analyze

Bachelor degree in Electronic / Communication Engineering
