Regional Sales Manager
Lafarge

Achieve challenging sales objectives in the assigned region with regard to customer satisfaction, profitability, brand quality and market share.

Develop regional sales plans to support national sales strategy.

Establish strong customer base and distribution network.

Develop, coach, train and motivate the regional sales force.

Identify new business opportunities.

Prepare comprehensive reports for the region.

Responsible for total region expenditure & budgeting.

Skills

Experience in similar capacity, in building materials, FMCG, or semi durable commodities.

Excellent communication skills.

Excellent problem solving & analytical skills.

People management skills.

Computer knowledge.

Education

Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Commerce/ MBA is highly appreciated
