Senior Quantity Surveyors
Parsons International Limited
Selected candidate will perform the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor based on project site responsible for all QS and contractual matters related to the execution of the construction contract including but not limited to payment certificates, claims, variation orders, etc.
Skills
Chartered Surveyor with 14 - 16 years experience directly related to construction cost in roads and highways projects. Comprehensive knowledge of Quantity Surveying Standards. Familiarity with construction scheduling processes, materials, means and methods of construction. Excellent written and oral communication skills also required. Preferred candidate with experience in the Gulf region.
