Customer Service Executive - Automotive Contact Centre (Arab National) up to AED 8, 000 plus benefits

Employer: We are a well established European company based In Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our core business is to provide brand support services to leading automotive manufacturers. On behalf of our clients we operate a 24-hour support centre for customers across the Middle East and North African markets. Our aim is to provide a superb and efficient customer care service for the owners of these prestigious vehicles.
Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Executive you are the voice and face of the company. You will be responsible for attending promptly to customer calls and offering a fast effective and professional service of assistance.

Skills
Experience: We require a minimum of 1 to 2 years customer contact experience either face-to-face or over the telephone.
Education: Applicants should have a minimum of a high school degree.
Computer Skills: Word, Excel and typing are required.
Flexibility and Motivation: You MUST be able to work a flexible schedule as per company requirements and business needs.
Excellent Spoken and Written Communication Skills: You must be fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic (French is an added advantage). You must be capable of using correct grammar, pronunciation, and clearly speak all languages. You must be a good listener and an excellent communicator with the ability to multi task as required.
Customer Service Skills: As part of our team you should be able to face changes and challenges and be capable to adapt quickly. You will play an active role in learning new skills and grasping new concepts.
You will be a natural problem solver and be capable of making decisions using creative and active problem resolution and be able to think “outside the box”.
You should understand the importance and meaning of good customer service and consistently strive to put this into practice with a confident and professional attitude always focusing on being the best you can be.
You should be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. You should be friendly and professional at all times to coworkers and customers, self motivation and a positive attitude are definite requirements.
