SIEMENS
Goals/Mission:
- Provide full range of HR support to Managers, covering all HR procedures and tools, participating to the implementation of procedures and policies. - Due to the size of the team, the mission will cover the HR administration too.
Working Partners/Contacts:
- SWLL Managers - HR service provider at a Cluster/Lower Gulf Region level - Other Siemens Companies' managers.
Tasks:
* For the assigned business areas: - Staff mobilization procedures: recruitment, delegation, transfer Separation procedures - HR admin (work contract, SAP entries & data maintenance). * For SWLL: - Preparation of payments (expenses-salaries) based on monthly payroll/finance input. - Payroll's monthly reports. * Support to Visa coordination: - HR advisor is expected to support visa coordination while Visa coordinator on vacation.
Skills
Knowledge/Languages:
- English - Arabic
Experience:
- A successful experience of 2 years at least in Siemens as HR administrator. - Position open to Siemens Business Administrator with excellent communication skills and willing to move to HR.
Capabilities:
- Able to provide pro-active advice to support managers in decision making. - Autonomy in information search. - Team player. - Committed to Siemens.
