Projects Manager
IMECO

Key Duties:
• Have same responsibilities as the General/Contracts Manager when designated to act in his absence.
• Be based full-time at site.
• General superintend the day to day site activities.
• Identify resource and plant level requirements.
• Coordinate forward planning.
• Generally review, monitor and report on progress.
• Liaise with Department and its Consultants.
• Attend regular meetings with the Department and its Consultants.
• Be fully aware of Contract requirements.
• Ensure that Health, Safety and Environment policy is adequately provided for and observed.
• Maintain cost awareness.
• Ensure site staff executes the Contract as required by the Department and in accordance with the Specification.
• Ensure timely submissions for approval as required by the Contract.
• Ensure all procedures as required by the Contract are followed.

Skills

• Engineering Degree in Civil
• At least 12 years postgraduate experience out of which not less than 6 years should be working as Project Manager.
