Quantity Surveyor
IMECO
Key Duties:
• Be based full-time at site
• Report to Project Manager
• Review, monitor and report on financial status
• Liaise with Consultant's staff and Department in respect of financial matters and as necessary
• Be fully aware of Contractual requirements
• Measure work done, materials on site etc and prepare valuations in accordance with Department's procedures
• Evaluate and administer Change Orders and day-works
• Ensure all procedures as required by the contract are followed
• Prepare final account
Skills
• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Professional Qualification in Quantity Surveying
• At least 10 years postgraduate experience out of which not less than 5 years should be related experience
Education
Diploma in Civil Engineering
