Demand Planning Manager
Nuqul Group

The Demand Planning Manager leads, manages, and coordinates the strategic forecasting and sales & operations planning processes for all Fine business units. The Demand Planning Manager is responsible for facilitating the consolidation and alignment of tactical and strategic group companiesforecasts into a “one number” strategic forecast for the entire group. The Demand Planning Manager is a member of the Head Offices senior management team and facilitates the strategic sales & operations planning process between Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Inventory Management. The Demand Planning Manager is also responsible for managing the Demand Planning team at group companies, supporting the strategic demand planning requirements of the group companies, and continuously improving the demand planning capabilities.

Skills

B.S. degree in an analytical discipline (e.g. engineering,mathematics, statistics, operations research, econometrics).
5+ years experience in related field 3+ years experience in forecasting or marketing analysis in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry .
Understanding of Paper converting oriented business is preferable .
Demonstrated ability to use analytical and statistical models to analyze demand and prepare forecasts, preferably Advanced Planning Systems (APS ) .
Working knowledge of multiple regression, event modeling, and time series forecasting techniques.
2+ years personnel management experience and the demonstrated
ability to work in a cross-functional, team oriented environment.
