Fire Fighting Team Leader
Suez Canal Container Terminal - SCCT

 Gives regular proper education Fire fighting during the introduction/training phase of the new employees.
 Has to expert constant and sincere effort to indoctrinate and train all employees in each aspect fire fighting awareness necessary to establish proper behavioral control.
 Shall develop the fire fighting skills of the employees to prevent physical problems.
 Fire chief shall continuously demonstrate a personal concern for all employees' well being through personal example, continuous scrutiny for unsafe acts and hazardous conditions, listening to complaints, positive enforcement of fire fig fighting rules, and an overall commitment to the Prevention Physical Program.
 Fire chief has to show sincerity in promoting proper ergonomic habits, and has good effective in all health requiring.
 Notify management on aspects that might have negative Fire fighting impact.

Skills

• Requires a bachelor's degree, have excellent knowledge in regards to fire fighting related to international code of practice, discipline.

• Previous 5 years work experience in Fire Fighting.

• Good verbal and written skills in communication in English and in local language.


• Generates high volumes of relevant work; able to sustain high levels of activity and energy over long hours when necessary. Work with approach daily challenges. Makes a difference every day at work. “No detail too small, no effort too great.”


Knowledge of:

• The principles, practices, methods, and equipment employed in modern fire fighting.
• Fire hazards and fire prevention techniques.
• The use of fire records and their application to fire prevention and fire protection administration.
• The rules and regulations of the department and terminal laws and ordinances pertaining to fire prevention.
• Knowledge of Egyptian laws, and the different fire fighting systems ( Manual & Auto ).
