Business Systems Head

•Deploy the Company’s business System consistently and according to the Plant wide guidelines. Preventing and correcting any deviations that may happen and setting the controls and audits to track the process using A3 thinking process.
•Coach & Train the Department Managers on Lean Manufacturing principles as well as on shop-floor implementation. Cascade down the training process so all the line can be trained. Prepare the Lean Manufacturing training program according to the Company’s Strategy and Plant guidelines and measure its effectiveness.
•Integrate different initiatives under one unique system at Company’s making sure everybody uses the same tools provided by Lean Principles.
•Prepare the yearly Company’s Quality Management Improvement plan according to the Business System Department guidelines.
•Manage, implement, develop and give consultation in, among others, the following tools: 5S, Control Plan, Kaizen, Problem Solving, Standardized work, Help chain, PDCA, Process Mapping SIPOC, Value Stream Mapping, FMEA, ISO9001, TPM and Autonomous Maintenance, OEE, A3s, Error-proof techniques, Visual Management, …
•Participate actively and promote the continuous improvement mind set at all the forums he/she are involved. Actively implement in the Department the best practices sanctioned by the Business System Department as well as look for benchmarks to be implemented at all the Departments.
•Prepare the Plant to achieve and be certified in different Quality Management Standards as ISO9001 or ISO/TS according to the guidelines provided by the Business Systems Department. Support the EHS Coordinators in setting the basics of the system for other standards.
•Connect the shop-floor activities with specific Company’s Strategy and measure the accomplishment. Develop a Business Case for each action to be deployed and create the problem solving thinking at all levels of the organization.

Skills

Thorough knowledge of Lean Methodology and ISO management systems, and other international ISO standards.
Leadership skills and good communicator. Good written and spoken English. Excellent interpersonal and customer focused skills. Good time management and priority setting skills.
