Goals/Mission:
- To perform all administrative compliance/ RIC related functions in addition to assist in following up trainings and conferences and any other ad-hoc to be assigned by compliance/ RIC.


Working Partners/Contacts:
- Cluster Compliance Office. - RIC Head. - Compliance Office.


Tasks:
- Handling clerical work and minor administrative and business details. - Maintaining records; files correspondence and other documents. - Receives guests and visitors and directs them to the person in charge; relationship-building. - Travel arrangements including hotel reservations and transportations. - Support in all business duties. - Handling all kinds of secretarial work. - Receiving and distributing mail. - Maintenance of office facilities/services. - Responsibility for stationary requirement.

Skills

Education:
- BSC in any of the following disciplines: Business, Accounting, Economics and/ or Legal is a plus.

Knowledge/Languages:
- Excellent command of English language written and spoken. - German and / or French is a plus.

Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar function in the fields of Admin, Accounting, HR, …etc.

Capabilities:
- Willing to develop. - Learn and understand new non admin new tasks like compliance / RIC. - Working under pressure. - Flexibility and commitment. - Presentation skills. - Effective communication. - Self motivation and ability to manage multiple needs.
