New Model Supervisor (Cairo, Egypt)

Job Summary:
• Supervising the development and launch of new product lines as well as supervising the processes of designing, model making and production processes.
• Monitoring and controlling product lines costs and profitability.

Duty & Responsibilities;
• Implementing business incubation concept in developing and launching new profitable product lines (collections) through exerting continuous efforts in creation and innovation
• Conducting frequent benchmarking and assessment of the fashion trends within the gulf and international markets
• Translating the new ideas, product lines… etc. into actionable designs and models through continuous inspiration of designers and model makers
• Supervising the production processes and ensuring optimum utilization of human and financial resources
• Anticipating trends, situations or changing market conditions and take appropriate action on timely basis
• Supervising the processes of forecasting based upon recent and historical trends, marketing studies and operational activities.
• Following up continuously on profit and loss status of each product line in coordination with the sales and finance divisions and taking corrective action accordingly
• Briefing the Marketing division of the required promotional campaigns based on product line, season, age…etc
• Participating in local and international exhibitions, events… in order to keeping abreast with fashion trends
• Supervision the development, on a regular basis, effective catalogues to support collection/business strategies
• Monitoring the performance of the project team and submitting reports to management

• Technical knowledge in jewelry industry and familiarization with modern jewelry techniques.
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Age: 25-35 years

Basic Salary: SR5000- 10000 based on his last experience

Education

Knowledge in the Jew. industry (education degree is an advantage).
