Marketing Specialist - Planning and Budget Control

1-Customer:
-Plan and implement systems ennhancements (Kaizen)
-Provide accurate/timely information in a friendly format for decision making

2-Business Process
Help the preparation of annual budgets for Toyota division
Continue with the current advertising control system and improve it
Prepare monthly advertising, rebate and incentive accruals to give to the finance department
Prepare the control form for Business Trips, Trainings and improve the control system
Compare actual results with budget figures and investigate deviations if any
Work with the Senior Specialist on new cost control methods and procedures

3-Learning and Growth:
Contribute to the achievement of ALJ's profitability objectives by communicating forecasts, future
plans and budgets and by building a profitability/cost down consciousness and commitment within
the Department.
Identify and implement modern tools & systems in budgeting/cost control and performance management

4-Finance:
Ensure forecasts, budgets and analysis are accomplished within reporting deadlines.
Develop, communicate, implement and monitor budgets for Toyota and divisional expenses
to ensure the achievement of business and financial objectives and to ensure revenues are
maximized and costs are minimized.
Identifying opportunities for cost reduction and more effective spend of existing budgets to achieve volume objectives.
Co-ordinate the implementation of cost reduction programs as identified by ALJ (ie. Tahseen
Program) to ensure the achievement of cost reduction and revenue improvement in key focus areas.
Contribute to overall business improvement by proposing, reviewing and implementing business
processes and policies that improve achievement of objectives and effectively balance profit and volume pressures.
Preparation and submission of quarter marketing bonus.
