Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing (MEP) Supervisor
Prodeco International LTD

Functions:
- Supervision, coordination, and control including QC of construction site MEP works in a residential property development project complex;
- Ensuring compliance of sequence of work and within planned schedule; that the quality of material and installation of work is in conformance with the approved drawings and specifications and with acceptance criteria identified for the project; that the work is completed in accordance with the specified Quality Management and Control system and in a safe manner; to establish and implement Productivity Monitoring and Improvement Procedures for ensuring savings on labor costs; set clear goals and objectives for the section;

Qualifications:
- Must have thorough knowledge and ability in planning and supervising of mechanical and electrical building and infrastructural installations, fire protection systems, HVAC, and special systems (like access control and security surveillance systems, including building management system, etc.) equipment installation, testing, and commissioning; to read and interpret drawings, material take off in associated sector (Mechanical and/or Electrical), preparation of daily reports to superior, quality work and check plant & tools, relationship and attitude to work with other trades;
- Must possess MEP hands-on experience in construction and operation/trouble shooting of facilities systems, and must possess experience in leading a team of MEP staffs;
- Minimum 10 years Electrical or Mechanical working experience in relevant direct supervision of facilities systems in high-rise / multistory office / residential buildings, hotels, or condominiums / service apartments;
- Proficiency in English essential; Computer literacy desired;

Salary:
The successful candidate will be employed on an open-ended expatriate contract with a full benefits package consisting of:

8) Quarry / crushing plant operations, concrete production with six batching plants producing 50m3/H or more and two prefabrication plants.
