B-design & marketing

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Managing and directing drafters.
- Selection of finished material to client/consultant and project manager.
- Giving final approval to the selection of finishing materials.
- Following up design execution through construction and fit-out.
- Developing new design concepts and performing design developments.
- Preparing working and shop drawings for design and construction phases.
- Providing details for construction team.
- Maintaining regular contacts with consultants and clients to tackle their concerns and issues.

Skills

- University degree in Architecture.
- Excellent in using AutoCAD (2D & 3D).
- 3D MAX & Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience is a plus
