Senior Interior Design Architect - Qatar
Creative Personnel

I am looking for an interior design architect for a range of projects within the hospitality and retail arena. Your role will be to utilise the space given and come up with solutions that are within budget and in line with the company’s brand. You will develop schematic designs. You will be responsible for preparing mood boards and materials boards, and continue in the design development stage which involve space planning, elevations, specs sheets, etc, You will also ensure that you carry out relevant documentation through all stages. You will also oversee implementation of your designs and ensure that the schedule of the scope of work and deliverables are carried out effectively. You will attend all senior management meetings & co-ordination meetings with suppliers. Management of the design phase of the assigned projects in co-ordination with the engineers & consultants. Liaise with the 3d visualization team to generate the presentations.

Skills

Minimum of 4 years relevant experience with Interior Design projects within the hospitality and retail arena. Relevant qualifications within Interior Design.
