Purchasing Executive / warehouse controller

Job Purpose :
* Reporting to the Purchasing Engineer and Purchasing Manager, the Purchasing Officer will be responsible for handling day to day procurement of goods according to the company's procedure.
Key Accountabilities (purchasing executive ) :
Preparation of material / equipment requirement as per acquisition plan Responsible for purchasing of materials, equipment at the most competitive prices within project schedule and quality Finalizing both technical and commercial terms and conditions and issuance of orders Close coordination with user divisions, finance and store on purchasing issues.
Key Accountabilities (warehouse controller ) :
• handling day to day store transaction.
• Dealing with warehouse forms.
• Inventory count up for the goods in store & maintaining store balance sheets.
• Dealing with the account team.
• Maintenance of item card no. & history.

Skills

Bachelor degree in commerce or relative degree.
2-3 years in handling purchasing, knowledge of international commercial terms
Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
Pleasant personality with good communication and negotiation skills
Should be a team player with excellent PR skills
Should have keen interest to learn on the job and possess strong desire to grow in the organization
