Business Development Manager
OFFTEC Group

Directs and coordinates the department’s activities towards profit and growth; maintains and creates partnerships and alliances with international vendors, regional partners and local suppliers to promote the department's business.

Areas of responsibility and essential duties:

1. Directs and coordinates promotion of assigned products to develop new markets, increase sales and obtain competitive position in the market.
2. Provides market research and marketing related activities as necessary and in coordination with the Marketing Division.
3. Conducts regular meetings with the sales team, to evaluate job performance and methods of increasing sales volume & costumer satisfaction.
4. Manages all sales & pre-sales matters related to the assigned products.
5. Constantly scans market for business development opportunities for the assigned or similar products.
6. Maintains & develops existing & new relationships with clients & vendors.
7. Responsible for creating and developing a business idea into a viable and profitable product or service.

Skills

1. Proven work experience in the IT industry with more than 4 years experience in either IT management or technical positions
2. Sales/ business development experience
3. Minimum Bachelor's (Masters Degree preferred) in IT or Business related degrees
4. Excellent computer skills
5. Strong follow up skills
6. Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
7. People management experience
