Costumer Support Center Manager

Leads the company’s efforts to provide superior service & support to customers, resolves problems in most efficient and appropriate manner for the customer and maintains the company’s service level commitments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Areas of responsibility and essential duties:
1. Manages a profitable Customer Support Centre
2. Monitors customer support activities including preventative maintenance schedules and emergency repair field service visits
3. Analyzes performance, schedules, conflicts, quotations, customer satisfaction indicators, and takes corrective action when needed
4. Keeps staff motivated
5. Creates & implements after sales policies/ procedures
6. Assesses reports to monitor all aspects of department performance.
Skills
1. Proven work experience in customer support services for technical systems
2. Minimum Bachelor's (Masters Degree preferred) in IT, Electrical Engineering or related technical degrees Strong follow up skills
3. Excellent computer skills
4. Strong follow up skills
5. Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
6. People management experience
