Marketing Director
M.O. Gandour and Sons

Leads the Brand Portfolio Management and the Organization's communication strategy across different regions. Responsible for the support of all Commercial operations across all regions.
Contributes to the business review (including Category Readiness Assessment (CRA)/Category business analysis (SWOT) and budget planning for the sector/categories.
Ensures alignment between Sales Action Plans and sector/categories Action Plans.
Ensures the deployment of the Category Strategies to the field and Sales teams.
Equips the sales and multi-functional teams, based on Category analysis and country data (category analysis, vision, key sales drivers), with the right info to be considered and used to take proper decisions.
Defines and aligns within the company the Sales Fundamentals objectives and Sales Support Activities (SSA)/Brand Development Funds (BFD) needed.
Develops together with other departments the right and complete plans to achieve Sales fundamentals and volume objectives by category and brand. Ensure promotional plans within the promotional guidelines.
Develops the plans and selling concepts to ensure success of the new initiatives.
Develops the in-store materials and plans aiming for a clear in-store persuasion.
Works and coordinates with the sales to implement co-marketing plans in the key customers.
Contributes to the Demand management planning (S&OP) forecasting process.
Ensure alignment between demand management planning (S&OP) forecast and objectives. Leads interventions.
Monitors the progress of the sector/categories business plans vs. objectives and advise the commercial team of the necessary highlights to deliver the objectives.
Analyzes and has a clear picture of the competitive information.
Leads the development of plans or concept sell needed to maintain brand competitive edge.
Ensures the efficiency of the Media spending.
Manages the relations with the advertising agencies to develop packaging designs and ATL concepts that support the commercial network.

Skills

Age Bracket: 32 - 37 years
Presentable with pleasant Character
Team player, People Oriented, self starter, high communication skills, high leadership skills, solid managerial skills, creative & out of the box thinker, disciplined mind set, fluent in Arabic & English (French is a plus) Computer literate.

10-15 years of experience mostly in the FMCG sector.
(Experience in the food domain is essential)
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Managerial position.
Adept in Brand research and brand management.
Well experienced in brand portfolio management.
Well experienced in Brand extension strategies.
Good knowledge in Packaging design process.
Command in handling and controlling budgets.
Command in handling Advertising and Media Agencies.
Has a track record in achieving Market Share growth.
Has a track record in building successful Brand support strategies.
Has a good knowledge in Sales& Distribution and understands the FMCG business dynamics.

Education

Universtity Graduate : Marketing Major. MBA is a plus
