Human Resource Manager
M.O. Gandour and Sons

Leads the HR Department towards professional support to other departments and be the custodian of the company's professional working environment and culture.
Support through maintaining the leveling & grading coupled with attractive salary matrixes, while maintaining close coordination with department heads to develop the organization by setting clear career paths and development programs.
Leads the review and update on all job descriptions in close coordination with other HODs.
Updates the leveling & grading system to match the latest evolution and answer new requirements.
Leads the implementation of the Performance appraisal system and the Personal development programs linked to it.
Builds and leads the implementation of the training programs (Internal & external).
Develops motivational and reward schemes to recognize high performance individuals in the company.
Maintains the compensation & benefit system and evolving it when required.
Manages the recruitment process to ensure that all departments have the required resources to operate.

Skills

Age Bracket : 32-40 years.
Presentable with a pleasant character.
Team player, people oriented, motivator, excellent communication skills, high leadership skills, sets priorities, problem solving skills, fluent in Arabic & English (French is a plus), Computer literate.

7-10 years of experience mostly in an industrial sector (FMCG sector is a plus).
Minimum 5 years experience in a managerial position.
Adept in organizational structures.
Well experienced in managing compensation & benefits.
Well experienced in Organizational development.
Good Command in Performance Appraisals systems & Development.
Well experienced in recruitment.
Well experienced in setting motivational and reward systems.
Well experienced in handling labor relations.
Full knowledge of the local labor law.

Education

University Graduate, Masters or Post Graduate is a Plus
